Be Scared ..... be VERY scared

Steve McClaren has left his role at Maccabi Tel Aviv and Sky Sports News understands he is keen to pursue coaching opportunities in the United Kingdom.

Former Middlesbrough, Derby County and England manager McClaren joined the Israeli side in August as a coaching consultant to manager Jordi Cruyff.

But the 56-year-old, who has managed in the Netherlands with FC Twente on two occasions and in Germany with Wolfsburg, is now returning home.

I had him down to go to Swansea OR Midboro but the Swans have played a real blinder snagging Calvahal from Sheff Wed .. and Boro went for Pulis

As Kammy says UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

Read somewhere that Mc Claren was being lined up for the Wednesday job (not sure what he will do at the weekends though). I suppose the way Sheff Wed season has gone so far ......any wally who has a brolly is good news in rainy old Yorkshire

Amazing that during the holiday period there are NO PREM, Championship or Lge1 /2 games with an early KO for TV cameras [-X Perhaps the sky boys are all at Aldershot for their mid day KO

Well, it's a plain dull t-shirt today after yesterday's debacle. :(
I just have to hope that I can go back to my usual flamboyant style tomorrow.

Yes,Macclesfield 6 points clear at the top of the Conference now.The big danger, though,is Tranmere Rovers as I see it.
Good point for Scunny....well placed in the play offs and only 5 points off an automatic promotion spot.
Result of the day....Port Vale hammering league leaders Luton 4-0.
At least Leeds are still in a play off place in the Championship.
Forest Green end the the year bottom of League 2.....Bob may be tempted to defy the police and go drinking between 2pm-5pm.....at least Cheltenham got a draw.
A Happy New Year to all my readers.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.
