Their webpage appears to be current and their products are (reportedly) cotton.
If I were looking in Udon, I'd try the sewing shop almost immediately across the street from the old Ngeesoon on Phosri Rd....nearer to the corner of Makkaeng Rd. If that fails, try the school supply store on the same side of Ngeesoon, next to Pizza Co. I'd bring a lighter to test before buying......I wouldn't want a cotton cord with a nylon center (for strength)!
