How is Nong Khai better than Udon?

LYM, Must be quite a while since you've been then,There are some quite nice hotels here now....& Yes Better to eat by the riverside than amongst the MASS of Concrete in Udon with all it's traffic FUMES....Laan Yaa Mo wrote: ↑February 20, 2018, 9:20 amThe fact that 747 and Giggles reside in Nong Khai is a positive feature that no one can ignore. And it is nice to eat by the Mekong. I did not like the choice of hotels in the downtown area. There is a nice 'White Hotel' outside the city centre, but there were no guests there. Despite the fact the aura of 747 and Giggles is a real inspiration to any visitor, I prefer Khon Kaen.

I was in Nong Khai in August 2017. I like it, but we could not find a good hotel in the city centre. Udon is okay, but I like Khon Kaen the most. Take care,

I've found some decent hotels in NK in the last couple of years, but I like KK better, too.Laan Yaa Mo wrote: ↑February 20, 2018, 11:05 amI was in Nong Khai in August 2017. I like it, but we could not find a good hotel in the city centre. Udon is okay, but I like Khon Kaen the most. Take care,
