There are a few around town, although the quality of what I have seen tends to be on the 'poor' side.
Apparently there is 1 near Nong Sim, although I have never visited it..

There is a shop at Makro site which sells secondhand freezers and display fridges, plus some display stands. But not particularly cheap. Makro has a reasonable freezer section, so can compare prices of new and then second-hand equivalents.
