A computer repair shop, where?

A weird event on my desktop starting with a 3bb notice and internet died. Phone call said internet on, I said it is not. Tech comes out, gets internet. 3bb says never off but my phone even notified me it had lost internet. The outcome was a desktop that just loops at the sign in page and still says no internet. I can't open computer. I have a good laptop but it can't do some of the things my desktop can and I was in the middle of recovering a bunch of old CDs from my 1 month millionaire days.

Ok heart of the matter, where is a good trust worthy shop to take the HP desktop to?

A small shop called 108 Easy on the same road as the busstation. If coming from Central Plaza it is on the right hand side 50-75 meters before the traffic lights at Posri Rd.

may have been "3BB Login page" reminding you of outstanding monthly payments.
this page is shown as a reminder for about one week. after that internet connection is cut off.

try to log in with the id-card number of the holder of your 3BB account and then you'll see the outstanding balance.
print out the last invoice, go pay it at 7eleven (not Tesco) and within 15 minutes you'll have internet again.

I'm sure it was, but not like that. Yellow 3bb screen. When I went to web site everything went to hell in a handbasket. Internet was on right after, but computer was kaput, still kaput. 3bb swears they didn't turn off internet but it was off. Bill paid. Laptop works fine, desktop screwed.

I forgot to add, shop needs to have English speaker as my Thai is practically non-existent.
