Unfortunately he's only on bail, he still has to go to trial but the ruling shows just how badly the original QC handled the case, let's hope justice is done, all he was doing was reading a list of names from the BBC website so they were already in the public domain.

Our judicial system was misused to take Tommy Robinson out of circulation, it’s the right result so far and the QC who adjudicated should be investigated, he should never have been put in prison.

It's a bit scary that it takes so long to have this OBVIOUS desecration of the legal system in the UK sorted but Muslim rapists get Legal Aid and sympathy. Welcome to the new UK.

Don't know if anyone noticed how much weight he's lost, the reunion with his kids was a real tear jerker, by all accounts his time in prison was spent in solitary, not easy being locked up alone for 23 hours a day, let's see what the powers that be have to say about it.

What annoy's us most AlexO is all the grooming gangs are all Pakistani or Indian men, and every case is given restrictions on the press so no information can be given out even when they are convicted. There hushed away to prison so we never get what justice was handed down. A 14 yr old Muslim boy from Blackburn was convicted of sending Emails to a jihadist telling him how to behead Soldiers or Police On Anzac parades in Australia a few years ago, because of his age we were not allowed to name him, now he is nearly 18 and his age and details can be given, he is seeking a life time restraining order same as the James Bulger murderer's got. His defense lawyer claims it could put his life at risk if he is identified.

Not very often I agree with The Sun newspaper but in this case they are spot on:

Thanks for bringing perspective to this issue, some on this forum should brush off their respective lynch mob attire and go out and lynch all non english youths on the premise that they may commit atrocious crimes of violence in the future. Whilst there are shortcomings in the judicial system, one issue that must go unchallenged by all and especially 'numb nuts Robinson' that anyone charged with a criminal offence is entitled to the presumption of innocence until such time that the evidence is tested and proven in court. I wonder whether the likes of Vlad would want exposure of the victim of a violent sexual assault who is near and dear to him to have their identity splashed across social media by the likes of Robinson.

So, if reading the names of the now sentenced child rapists was endangering the trial, what was the publication of exactly the same material in the Guardian, BBC and the MSM doing? The trial it turns out was already over and as it's unlikely the jury were watching a Facebook live feed it would have no influence on the case whatsoever, this will undoubtedly be proven at the retrial which TR is widely expected to win without any difficulty whatsoever, it's quite likely he will be compensated for a miscarriage of justice so the legality of what he did will be well tested. What TR did outside Leeds Crown Court was minimal compared to say what happened at the trial of Max Clifford and Sir Cliff Richard where the journalists went as far as having helicopters overhead to report on their trials, didn't that have a bearing on their case? Everyone is entitled to an opinion on what TR represents but it can't be denied that MILLIONS of people have supported him worldwide and continue to do so, some people's opinion that he isn't a reporter and that he doesn't represent the will of the people is kicked out of touch by the huge response he gets to the posts he makes, for example the BBC got less than 200 likes on a view of 23.4k, TR got at least ten times that on a report that was viewed 5k, that says something!

Tommy Robinson has become the foremost spokesperson against the child rape gangs, he has become the figurehead of the movement to protect free speech and like it or not he enjoys the support of huge chunks of the British public, there aren't many activists, yes he's an activist, that enjoy as much support as he does.

And by the by, his last post has had 3,000,0000 views and over 100,000 likes and his Facebook page has nearly 1,000,000 followers, the average BBC post tends to get around 1,000 likes.... go figure.....

Tinbeepa if you think TR is a Thug and a grandstanding idiot which i don't understand, take a little of your time to go on U Tube and watch TR giving a lecture to Oxford University Students. I will think you will find him a different person who you think is a thug. He has reported incidents by Muslim gangs openly on the Streets of London calling for the beheading of British Soldiers and Infidels yet there allowed to protest. The Police and MPs are Scared to intervene and will happily jail anyone who reports on this. How would our New Zealand or Aussie members feel if they see Muslims blocking off streets in city centers of Wellington or the streets of Sydney ?? demanding Sharia Law, and beheading there Servicemen. This is what we have to put up with in the UK regular, but because there banned from reporting this, people like TR and others are trying to make us realize this is happening up and down the Country.

Lumping Indians (mainly Hindus) and Pakistanis (mainly Muslims) together based on their general look & colour of their skin.
Two completely different peoples and being a UK person you should know this, but maybe you just lump all the "*****" together.
Visit West London or anywhere where they live nearby to each other and check the animosity out.
I've also witnessed Indians, Sikhs, and Nepalese who are more English than a white Englishman - cucumber sandwiches in the afternoon & all that.
