Farage returns to frontline politics

Post by vincemunday » August 18, 2018, 2:08 pm

Great news for those of us who believe in and voted for a full Brexit.

Nigel Farage to go 'on the road' with Leave group - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-45229426

The forest was shrinking daily but the trees kept voting for the axe as its handle was made of wood and they thought it was one of them.

Considering they hold the majority of seats of any British Party in the EU parliament and the people of the UK have voted For Brexit which is now being hijacked I suspect over 17 million people care.

I was at work on Saturday morning listening to the radio in New Zealand as you do when you have the place to yourself. The interviewer started describing Farage and I thought lucky me a Radio New Zealand interview with Farage is about to be played.

He speaks very well from the big picture and his language punches well to an international audience. I can see why he's had such a big impact in the UK.

GT93 in Tony Blair’s landslide election I think he pulled in about 13.8 million votes and is admirerd by the globalist elites,I honestly believe Brexit would never of happened if it wasn’t for Nigel Farage which pulled in over 17 million and he is detested by the elites .

Totally agree Chuchi but he wasn't on his own, there were hordes of us out canvassing with him, some of us stood in elections and a few of us got very politically active on social media, but without a shadow of a doubt he was the main force behind us all and yes he's hated by the career politicians, he shows them up for what they are.

I thought Nigel's speech to the European Union/Parliament (or Freeloaders, Bluggers, whatever) was brilliant and spot on. =D> \:D/

It's heartening to see Farage back in the fray.

He and Brits like him want the same thing in the UK that many Americans and Trump want for the US. I hope that Farage is victorious. He and Trump are friends & allies, you know. :)

Wrong Mr LS, TRUMP - USA and the like have no friend, just their own business interests.

Thing is Vince we both no there needs to be a change in the Tory leadership and they need to accept working with him ,but I fear he’ll be ignored once again.Looks like Boris is positioning himself ,I think that Chequers plan was the last straw .What a waste of 2 years. Interesting thought though imagine popping into Ladbrokes 10 years back and asking for odds on that the positions of POTUS and the UK would be held by New Yorkers at the same time..

What country and leader puts their country on the low end of the stick? Every country is about business -- even yours.

Just look at the trade wars that the US lost over decades because past administrations allowed others to screw over the US on trade. Until Trump, past administrations just made deals that bent over Americans to their detriment. Trump stands up and wants to make it fair -- tired of being screwed -- and now he's the bad guy for not wanting the screwing to continue.

I get it, monk. :D
