Funny you should ask . I gather your referring to the western , Whoops , southern ringroad , as i beleive its called by many.
I was on it last night picking Mrs Saint up from the airport , and the good side has been resurfaced for a considerable distance . Didnt need doing , but hey T I T. The bad side has been dug up in places and down to one lane with one warning sign , no warning lighting , nothing , and the odd cone every 100 metres or so.
So to sum up . They fixed the side that didnt need fixing , and f#cked up even more of the bad side .

But you said do the western bit guv if ya wanted the Eastbound Northern or Southbound Western to the North done you should 'v said so ......... no prob we've got a few days ta spare, we will be back to do the other side at the end of July
