Chanote??Nong Na Kham area..Talangwha aprox between 2000-->5000bath/TW..x 4+ whatever for the house..these are aprox.figures in this area..BUT better to maybe go to the landoffice and check landprices.

We have 3 rai not far from this property and bare land with landfill was about 1250 a TW so that's a out 120000 for the land, cost of the house 2 to 300000 to build but tit so you never know but don't set your hopes too high and good luck

This is in a village so a bit more sought after than bare farming land.

A house up the road sold for 1.4million. It was also 1/4 rai but the house was better. Not much but indeed better!

I think your at the wrong website to sell this property. This site is mainly for foreign expats . A expat is extremely unlikely to purchase this property. You should try DD property and put up a for sale sign . I recommend asking 200,000 but recommend you take anything you can get over 100,000 . Thats being honest and sincere . Whoever told you 2.000.000 is delusional, Im not sure this is a real post or a troll . But good luck . Hope this helps you .

My assessment wasn’t 2 million, that was what I was told & thought & knew it was way too much.

The transfer took place earlier.

All simple & im now in the look for further investments
