We only just moved in to the new house 2 months ago and both kitchens have been getting a work out... The cabana with bbq especially. Tonight will be our 3rd beer can chook..... Always moist and tender!

I have had my Quik-Fire for many years now. It gets used quite often and still looks and works fine. This is a great example of you get what you pay for. More expensive than others but well worth spending a little more.

Glait, I totally agree with everything you have said, like you, I have had my bbq for many years also and it is still as good today as the day I got it, yes it may be a little more expensive than others out there, but Docs build quality far exceeds the others, I’m a great believer in you get what you pay for.

I'm the proud owner of one of the original Quick-Fire BBQ's. It served me well for a number of years but the Doc was aware of a couple weaknesses. The original firebox and grate were plain steel. They finally rusted out. Doc, for a very reasonable price, rebuilt those components with stainless steel. He not only rebuilt those things but made a higher insulated lid. Doc told me that the original lid was too low to cook a beer can chicken. I suspect this BBQ will outlive me. How many made in Thailand products have such great service after the sale.

Totally agree.
We purchased a quick fire of the Doc 11 years ago.
Has had a absolute hammering in that time, being used on average 4 times a week with out fail.
Have been in talks with Doc in regard to possibly changing all gas components out, even though they are still operating ok.
More a safety precautionary measure more so than a operational factor.
Structurally still solid as the rock of Gibraltar.
We have 3 burner with a wok burner which is worth its weight in gold.
Can not speak highly enough of the quality he has given to the consumer.
Best product and money i have outlayed in all my years here.
The best thing about them in my opinion is the versatility, it's unlimited to what u can master on them.
To name some all types of roasts, lasagna, pies cakes sausage rolls Snitzels, cevachipi, bread, baked fish egg and bacon pie, whole rib racks so on and so on.
And that is naming just a few.
Treasure the memories of the outstanding food this particular bbq, has given us.
If any potential buyer is considering to purchase highly recommend that you have a wok burner included.
We didn't get the rotisserie, I sort of regret it but in all honesty not loosing any sleep over it.

Our 1st Smoked Barbecue last Saturday was one hell of a success!

The smoked salmon was out of this world.

The smoked brisket and spareribs were absolutely the most tender I’ve ever tasted with good flavor.

I missed the mark with the pork shoulder must not have smoked it long enough, but still tasted good.

I smoked two Bagel Chickens and they came out really good also.

If I had to do it over I would have purchased a larger smoker maybe twice the size.

We are now custom designing a side by side double 6 rack double door smoker to see if it may be to his liking.

This is the advantage of Quik-Fire’s in-country factory; ‘in most cases’ we can turn your desired handcrafted stainless equipment wish into reality.

Could it be more pleasing and convenient, we doubt it!

I've used my new Battle Cruiser a couple times now and have to say it is great.

Grilled up some pork chops last night to see how it would do with flare ups and it hardly had any which must be from the stones.

Still need more practice to get the temperatures dialed in but other than that i am very pleased.
