A 2 bedroom, 1 bath is fine and larger is OK. Would like a little space from the neighbors. Preferred furnished. Ideally within 15 minutes of UD Town, but would consider further as long as some shopping/restaurants close by. Added bonus would be a government school within walking distance as I like to volunteer teaching English. Cash buyer. Would be titled in wife's Thai name.

Thanks for the 2 replies. The problem I have at the moment is that I don't have the phone with me down in Florida (vacationing) that I call Thailand with.

I am also computer challenged.

I did see the home in Nong Kai on this site and do have an interest in that one.

I do return to my home in Wisconsin in early March and coming to Thailand right after Song Kran.

Perhaps my daughter can assist me in contacting the two of you.
