Has any one experienced loosing credit for no known reason or maybe it is in my settings?
As an example the last two nights my credits have gone down 7.29 and 8.43 baht with out my phone being used in the previous thirty day billing cycle the amount used was 195.05 with very little use it only happens over night not during the day, this has only started happening in the last sixty day.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I am the only phone user.
TIA

Re: Dis- appearing phone credits
Have you left data roaming on? If so you’ll be charged even if your not using it.
Re: Dis- appearing phone credits
Not the same as disappearing credit, but somewhat related. Beware of this scam.

Don't call 'em back.... if you are called several times in a row, with only one ring each call—then whoever is behind the calls is probably trying to get you to call the number back. If you were to return the call, a person or a recording might answer, in an effort to keep you on the phone. And as you try to make sense of the call, you’d be taking on expensive toll charges, much like if you were to call a 900 number.

If you're using AIS services, I suggest going to their office ?3rd floor? of Central. They can call up your phone record and explain where the money is going. There's usually at least one staff there who can speak English.

Alternately, again if using AIS, you can log on to their website, enter your mobile phone number and view your call history.

Re: Dis- appearing phone credits
I had the same problem.
Went into True and they said it was connected to a message I had received and was a scam where the sender was taking my credit. They input a code to reset or whatever and all has been fine since.
