WEnt to Nongs two nights ago. Was greeted by the owners. Very nice folks. We then ordered our ribs and other sides. The ribs arrived hot and fresh. We sure did enjoy them. The place was clean and tidy.

I would give them 4 1/2 stars out of 5. The only reason for not giving 5 is personal taste. Some will understand this and some won't. Eddies sauce is good but it is not what I prefer. Sauces have different taste from different parts of the states and they all taste different. As stated Eddies was good but for personal taste not my favorite. Would I go there again, YOU BET.

Wish you all the best Eddie and Nong. Keep serving your good food and you will have good sucess.

you have to consider his age, that alzeimher's thing. good on the improved margis, little tart for me. was there last week for the usual, better than before, no complaints here. got bunch of ribs to cook up at the house, just bought a slow cooker, but i'm thinking and worrying my sauce won't be up to par.

business idea Ed, sell the sauce as side line, tasty stuff for those who haven't mastered it yet and live too far from town for more than the weekly visit. i got some krafts, not cheap, some other and some ideas, see what i come up with, and of course some cayenne pepper to spice it up a bit 8)

Great news Eddie!
As far as the mason jars go, might get a little expensive. I suggest using the same type of plastic containers Dieter uses for his products. People can always transfer to glass jars when they get the sauce home. I keep most of my empty glass jars, ie: mayonaise, etc., so not a problem for me anyway.
