Maybe a bit off topic, but, I cant understand why these Tankers & Cargo ships, sailing through the Straits of Hormuz or down past the Somali coast line, dont have at least 2 if not 3 Academi guys on then.

The cost of giving that ship some degree of protection, with a few Academi's, has to to be far less that the extra insurance premium that these shipping Companies must have to pay, when sailing in these waters. Particularly for those sailing down along the Somali coast line, where the two bob Somali pirates are.

A far cry from that which Obama handed over to Iran, he and his Administration lied to Congress and the American people, about what they were really doing the behind the scenes, with Iran. My question would be "Where did Iran get part of its money from to fund the research into that missiles they use, or even worst, buy it from the .............. as a finished missile, ready to fire.

Apparently was the conclusion of a Report by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, alleges the Obama officials pushed the U.S. Treasury to let Iran convert the equivalent of $5.7 billion of funds held in Oman's Bank of Muscat from Rials into dollars and subsequently into euros. Apparently , it required a special license by the U.S. Treasury, which was granted in February of 2016, but which Obama never disclosed to either to Congress or the American people.

So what’s $5.7 billion, and maybe it all didn’t come directly out for the American people pockets (you will never know). But apart from the lie/claim by Obama and his Administration that this money did not have a potentially harmful or innocuous use, notwithstanding that their own State Department at the time considered Iran as the No. 1 Terrorist State organization on the planet and supplier of weapons to Terrorist groups, Obama and his Administration knew that there was a very high likelihood that a portion of this money would go directly to fund some form of Terrorism. You cannot be that stupid to think, that Iran would use all that monies to build Schools for their people.

A Washington Times national security correspondent B G estimated this to be as much as, $1.7 billion that the Obama Administration money to Iran, ended up in the hands of terrorist groups, possibly Hezbollah, the Houthi rebels in Yemen and even to Irans'sown Quds Force and or to the IRGG Corps.

Now that’s a real good political decision, to give enemy organizations money to buy bullets and rockets to shoot back at you and or US citizens.

Actually people who have been party to or complicit to eventual crimes, knowingly or unknowingly, have actually gone to jail for similar things, as accomplices to that crime. An accomplice is a person who actively participates in the commission of a crime, even if they take no part in the actual criminal offense. “Complicity” is the participation in a completed criminal act of an accomplice, a partner in the crime who aids or encourages (abets) other perpetrators of that crime and who shared with them an intent to act to complete the crime. Pretty close to the eventual outcome when Iran attacks USD interests with fund provided by the US Obama Administration.

Ignorance or stupidity, in this case, by that Administration, as to the outcome of what Iran may possibly do with some of those funds, (given Iran’s past track record at that time), is not an excuse.
