Geelong getting done by Freo throws the cat among the pigeons. WC and Brisbane can go equal top if they win. Bad loss for the Dons which drags them back into the battle for the last two finals spots. The Lions are now clearly one of the top teams this year. Richmond looks ominous and is on the rise.

I'd be surprised if Essendon bothers anyone too much in the finals. I thought Carlton might fade after Teague got the nod but not this weekend. The Bulldogs are still in with a chance (5 points adrift of the Giants as I post).
