The arested perps are 19, 36 and 56 years old and are Lithuanian and Somali-Swedish.
Mohamed was paid by the other two to rape the girl.

The homeowner was awakened by breaking glass, retrieved his firearm and confronted the intruder. Gunfire was exchanged, and the invader was pronounced dead at the scene.
Every state has their own statutes and names for such an offense, but breaking into an inhabited dwelling while armed is considered to be a felony almost everywhere in the US.
