Good call but I don't think it is setting on Britain, they are resilient and will survive by leaving Brexit, no matter what the non democratic types throw at them. The Westminster Parliamentary system was put in place throughout the Empire and Commonwealth and provided those countries, including my own, to flourish under the Westminster rule of law that the system bought, But, the sun has set elsewhere on their former territories, Britain were a nation that were, in the past, proudly able to cry from the white cliffs towards the world that the
" Sun Never Sets on the Empire" their status as a great nation is now under threat. The British empire has waned over time, but ,it still has a huge financial interest in those former Empire now commonwealth countries, and it is possibly naive to now think that Britain would be totally at the mercy of the EU non elects and fall from a strong financial position by leaving under Brexit.
IMO the resilience of the British will prevail and in a few years time their strength will be the subject or discussion and not debating and arguing in regard to staying or leaving the EU. Others will see the benefit and follow.
