Visa/Insurance worries ?

I keep forgetting to mention – although I should as we do sell a lot of it - an alternative to the Visa/Health insurance problems i.e. the Thai Elite program which is totally hassle free for either 5 or 20 years.
Ok it does cost 500k or 1m Baht respectively but there is nothing else to pay/no money in bank/no annual worries etc etc. and you are, as they say, ‘bullet’ proof.
It takes away age related problems, rejection of medical insurance and the like plus you know where you stand unlike the seemingly ever changing goal posts of the I.O. these days.
