A Friend of Mine ( Yes I Do have a Few ) Just rang me from Udon Said it's been Hammering down for about 3 Hours there !! And Yet NOT A Drop on The Riviera once again !!

My thermometer dipped below 20 centigrade for the first time yesterday in 2 years! (location of my maximum-minimum thermometer means it is protected from lower temperatures by an overhanging roof). Was 18 C this morning at 5 a.m.

Loverly fresh crisp morning in Udon .. walked the dogs in shorts n Tshirt n felt way under dressed as all the local Thais are wearing more skins than an onion .. Dm back to Buriram Ban Nork village today and im told its gonna drop to single digits there over night (10 last night according to a local) ..and more so this cold snap will be here for another several days

Perth smashes December heat record just weeks after November record melts away

Perth has posted its earliest 40-degree day in December on record as the city experiences a sweltering start to summer on the heels of a record-breaking November.

The temperature climbed to 41.6 degrees Celsius just after midday on Tuesday, eclipsing the previous record of 40.4C on December 5, 1977.......

Perth's blistering start to summer comes on the back of a very warm November, which saw the city notch up a mean maximum temperature 2.4C above average.

It also smashed its record for the hottest ever November day when it hit 40.4C on November 16.

I aint no expert but the seasons in general seem to be moving with more unpredictable weather at any time ,, rainy season starts late cool season start early , lets see when its starts to get hot again usually around March ?? but who knows n maybe just maybe global warming n melting ice caps etc are effecting the worlds weather quicker than expected .

Chang Mai / Nan Province where DMs brother lives widespread ground frost looking likely .. hes a relative newby here and suprised at his first cool season and just how scrotum tightening it is at the mo.

I aint no expert but the seasons in general seem to be moving with more unpredictable weather at any time ,, rainy season starts late cool season start early , lets see when its starts to get hot again usually around March ?? but who knows n maybe just maybe global warming n melting ice caps etc are effecting the worlds weather quicker than expected .
