in case that "free wifi" means that you are renting out your WiFi router/account as well:
i would never ever do this !
you'll never know what (illegal) things will be done in your name.
thai online law is very strict.

Thanks for the information. My wife has some apartments next to the house. The Wifi is from the Apartments. Signal is strong so no need for the tenant to rent Wifi unless they choose to.

The house may be available again after the 15th. Someone gave a deposit last month to hold the house until January 15th, but now they may not be moving in after all. If you are interested in this house then please call to make an appointment for January 16th. It is a great deal for 10,000 Baht a month.

Someone gave a deposit last month to hold the place. They were supposed to come and sign the contract this week, but due to a change in their plans they may not make it. I won't know until Jan 15th this month. That is the last day for holding the place. You or anyone else is welcomed to come and take a look any time and if they don't contact us or sign the contract by the 15th then it's yours. Can call my wife Jenny Yodthai at 0924466412
