just bought a bag 220baht/kg,Chinese bakery,bread flour swan 32 baht/kg,makro 36 baht...all purpose flour 23 baht..

Made for the first time Chicken Parmigiana with fresh Parmensan cheese,and it came out tasting REALLY REALLY good.Yes,it took it's time but well worth wating for..pics below.Took me 1.5 hours to let the Tomato Pasata Sause reduce..Garlic Italian Herbs Salt Chilli flakes.Did a dry brine for the chicken set aside while the Pasata Sause was reducing..I like to use breast for ease because once cut horizontally, it forms 2 perfect steaks even without pounding.Basmati rice to go with the Chicken Parmaigana...jummy.

Do you really care..for your info it's chicken whith no hormones and other stuff added.Bought at B-C thanks to another Forum member here...As close as Organicly range chicken comes..So even you can maybe try it whithout getting any "glowing effects"or sardines smells *sarcasm*;-)
