Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
wow, where did that come from...........semperfi???
First, think about it.
- plot to kill the president, reason to fake testing positive and transfer him to a military hospital. yea, guess it's safer than the WH.
- false flag/smoke screen. i'm sure both parties are guilty of this, but if you check the facts...currently Trump and the Republican party have taken this to another level (Space Force Heights).
- terrorist element. think the only person I see calling out terrorist elements is Trump or have i missed something??
- (again, think about it) riots and violence in the streets would be worst if Trump loses, as by all indications Trump will literally be the one calling for it.
not asking to much, just how about a little common sense (fact checking, also helps).

Oh, I know it really doesn't matter to you.................but you just lost all credibility semperfi (as far, as I'm concern).
Honestly, didn't have you that far out there in fantasy land (maybe an uncalled for statement by me, but wow....your last post was really out there).
Per your handle, assume you're a Marine............hard to believe you let the "suckers" and "losers" comment slide. Understand Trump denied making the statement, but it's not hard picking the 2 or was it 3 news outlets that confirmed the report over any statement/denial by Trump.
*Qualifier: None of the 2 or 3 news outlets were Fox or CNN.

Your last prediction was that Hillary Clinton would be substituted for Biden at the Democratic convention. wrong This prediction has the same credibility ring about itsemperfiguy wrote: ↑October 3, 2020, 6:46 pmThe main thing I have learned in the past few years is that nothing in politics is as it appears to be. If that's the case, why is he wasting his time in the hospital? All he has to do is sit back and wait, right?dragonz wrote: ↑October 3, 2020, 12:57 pmfacts.JPGevery thread is nearly 100% trump hater even though at least 50 % support trump but have more sense than to blindly follow the herd . They continue to post childish school yard names for Trump among themselves and now are attempting to change their faces in view of his being infected with the virus. I for one certainly doubt their sincerity. As I have posted my views in the past, it is my opinion that the vast majority of all people will eventually be exposed to this highly infectious rapidly mutating virus before it goes away. If a vaccine was possible, the common cold would have long since been eradicated.
Best being part of this forum by placing the intellectual challenged on foes list. A lot less post to read and a great time saver.

Theoretically possible, I suppose, but very unlikely, IMO. He's much safer in the White House than at Walter Reed.semperfiguy wrote: ↑October 3, 2020, 6:46 pmIf I were a guessing man I would say that Trump's Secret Service uncovered a pending plot to assassinate him, so they are taking him out of the public eye until they get it sorted.
Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
I try to stay away from hypotheticals and conspiracy theories, but this one time I will take a shot at it. IF, and that's a big if, the POTUS does not have the coronavirus but claims to have it it's for one reason and one reason only. After his quarantine period he can come out and claim that he is a 74-year-old male who had coronavirus and he did not become sick and lived and make the claim that COVID-19 is not serious as he is always claimed, makes him look like a Superman. That's how his mindset works. It's a "told you so".
But I doubt that is the case for one reason and one reason only. Trump hates weakness, and admitting that he had the coronavirus would show weakness on his part.

Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
I wonder how many of the self anointed moralist US forum contributors have surrendered their government provided retirement incomes during the last 4 years given they have such disdain for their head of state. Double standards of the highest order springs to mind.
Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
So you think it's a double standard that I collect my retirement that I paid into social security for 40 years, 6.2% of my salary and my employer matched the 6.2%, that it should be "surrendered" because people have disdain for their head of state? Or, in my case, work for the Post Office for 30 years and served in the military for 4 years, I should not collect my FERS pension because of my disdain for the head of state even though I paid into it? Please explain to me how that is a double standard? One has nothing to do with the other. What you're saying, or trying to say, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.trekkertony wrote: ↑October 4, 2020, 2:33 amI wonder how many of the self anointed moralist US forum contributors have surrendered their government provided retirement incomes during the last 4 years given they have such disdain for their head of state. Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
Using this mentality, you'd need to love or at least like your boss/company to collect a paycheck for services / work provided. If that were the case, the world's unemployment rate would easily double.trekkertony wrote: ↑October 4, 2020, 2:33 amI wonder how many of the self anointed moralist US forum contributors have surrendered their government provided retirement incomes during the last 4 years given they have such disdain for their head of state. You posting this, I have to assume you've loved all your bosses/companies and have no complaints about your govt (assuming Australian, not about to check if you've posted any negative comments of your govt). If not, now that's would definitely qualify as you say "Double Standards"....I'd call it "hypocritical"
Oh, +1 on I paid my dues/ss taxes to deserve my retirement check.....ss will have to wait for another 2 years.

Re: Donald J Trump positive for COVID-19
IF as an American you had a Head of State permanently ( aka same as HM in the UK ) then if they were useless you had a problem as you cannot change them.trekkertony wrote: ↑October 4, 2020, 2:33 amI wonder how many of the self anointed moralist US forum contributors have surrendered their government provided retirement incomes during the last 4 years given they have such disdain for their head of state. BUT as an American so highly intelligent and honest you can every FOUR years vote a bad person out or in depending on your own personal agenda.
Therefore disdain for a head of state in the US is only ever temporary as you can change them every 4 years, so denying yourself your earned PENSION because you do not like the CURRENT head of state would be pointless as the bad person is in BECAUSE of an election . The next one might be brilliant ., doubtful but better than the one you currently do not like

BS..... the US system has checks and balances, but they only work if those within the offending party stand up and reject their leaders behavior, if they go along with his misdeeds and actions, then, as maybe the case now, the system falls apart.Khun Paul wrote: ↑October 4, 2020, 7:00 amIF as an American you had a Head of State permanently ( aka same as HM in the UK ) then if they were useless you had a problem as you cannot change them.trekkertony wrote: ↑October 4, 2020, 2:33 amI wonder how many of the self anointed moralist US forum contributors have surrendered their government provided retirement incomes during the last 4 years given they have such disdain for their head of state.
