Washing machine repair

I am looking for a washing machine technician who knows a Miele.
I brought a new one from Europe last year which now has periodical program failure which Miele Thailand on the basis of my description and a video rated as an electronic unit failure due to frequent power breakdown. I think that's right. I myself saw, how the machine reacted crazy when we had half power some month ago.
Of course there is no warranty in Thailand for a product bought in Europe, but my house insurance (AXA) will cover, if they get a full report from a local technician. The exchange of the electronic unit imported from Germany and the technician from Bangkok to change it will cost about 20.000 Baht, that means a new machine, not a Miele, but a descant one anyway.
Understandably the distance verdict from Miele in Bangkok is not enough for the insurance company, and getting the Miele technician over from Bangkok for a report will cost 7.000 Baht. Can anyone recommend a technician?

I had the same problems after coming here with an Indesit washing machine, worked out it was cheaper to purchase a new machine here, rather than attempt to repair my English one .
Fridges and freezers, dryers migrate easily, but washing machines are too complicated with so many regional variations that repairing unless simple is too expensive .

with a small tip (not 7.000 baht) i am sure any repair shop can give you the needed repair slip (TIT), as wanted by your insurance ...and wise advice when machine is not in use unplug it to prevent electric power fluctuations , or protect it by the device i used with my fridge , easy ,inexpensive and effective
