I think it got up to 6 degrees C today in Toronto, but I could be wrong. It was certainly warmer than yesterday, which was only 3. Oh, wait, this is a Nong Khai/Mekong weather thread. How odd...how quaint.

I was confused if it relates only to weather on the Mekong specifically located in Nong Khai or if it covers the full extent of the Mekong. A bit like the shipping forecast.

Sometimes it Does KP, I've known it to be Sunny & Hot on The Riviera,Yet Cloudy & Pi88ing down in Udon on Mud !!

The only real opinion is the factual kind unless you are inserting, ' predicted ' or 'forecasts appear to say '. Weather here is as you say so changeable reminds me of my last home town, where two miles out rain and then a further two miles sun, always in the same place, due , I was told entirely to the topography of the land .
