Big thunderstorm complete with hail and wind at Sawang, lots of lightning and power outage from 2.30 till 5/30

We seem to have dodged it here. The wind dropped & the sky cleared at dusk into a red sunset. Just muggy now.
Mrs N was rather disappointed, she’s had to go outside watering her produce which she didn’t intend doing with the prospect of rain

Following yesterdays short sharp rain-storm ( very welcome ) which cleared the mugginess considerably and made sipping a cool drink inn the evening a pleasure, rather than proving water for ice cubes.
I checked later the forecasts for the next seven days. Now the three I use are Udon Thani weather , ( normally predict hotter weather ) Accu weather and Windyty, both those sites predict cooler weather. I began wondering why as all sites must get the same data from the same locations as everyone else and therefore they either look at the data in a different way using different formulae.
Therefore I came to the conclusion that although it si nice to foresee the future, nowt better than sticking your head outside in the wee houyrs and see what is occurring and it is a very pleasant day with cool winds, with a promise of staying nice all day.

After all the expectations yesterday afternoon we were subjected to all the 2's:-
2 lightening displays
2 claps of thunder
2 minutes of gail force wind, just enough to blow every bit of rubbish and leaves onto my lawn
2 drops of rain on my car port
AND
2 hours of blackout
What a effin looser I am!!!

Think I must be a bit immune to the air quality as no problems here even though Mrs N is currently contributing to the smog in close proximity
