Tooth extraction - Urgent

The filling in a premolar came out a few weeks back but two nights ago, the back of the tooth broke off just below the gum line. The pain has been creeping up over that time. It's now a very fragile shell of a tooth so the nerve needs killing and/or a very careful extraction to avoid leaving bits behind. I need crown(s) at a future time and place but the priority is an Udon Thani dentist that can do the essentials quickly and skillfully.

I had a tooth extracted last year painlessly after it split in half.
5 year old granddaughter went for her first filling a month ago and didn't cry... so, hopefully, you would be OK.

Awful thing to happen.
Had similar once and thought it was up for extraction but dentist took a look and asked if he could try some new epoxy based repair.
He took before and after photos and the difference was unbelievable.
Lasted over 20 years.
Not a fan of dentists after an encounter with them when i was only 5 years old.
Fear stays to this day.

I can also recommend that dentist. I believe all foreigners get same lady. Very professional and same time flexible. I had my tooth extracted about 5 weeks ago and she did what was needed. Broken tooth and did broke more during extraction. Pain afterwards was in my neck. I did use so much force keeping my head stable.

Sounds as if root canal treatment is your best option Tam. If so little tooth left then nothing to get a purchase on to have any chance of getting molar roots out. Just had it done Root canal and crown for broken molar. Not much change from 20K baht. Dentist opposite the central bus station. Be careful of Deans offer, probably need another 20 or more after Deans pliers have been to work.
