So how many other falsehoods are out there on this virus and its vaccines

The UK has admitted 7 people have died from Blood Clots caused by the Astra Zeneka after a study of 20 Million doses small figures still sad but the risk outlays the virus.

That is not quite correct. Yes, 7 people have died from blood clots. Yes, those people had been vaccinated with the AstraZeneca vaccine. However so far that is only correlation it has yet to be determined if it is causation.

Cranial sinus cavities blood clots are a know (very rare) condition they predominantly occur in women under 50.

It is possible but far from proven that the vaccine was the cause. People have died after vaccination but almost all of those deaths are unrelated to the vaccine.

Should the causes of deaths be very carefully investigated? Of course, should the vaccination drive be halted or even slowed? Absolutely not with current evidence. If you are a younger woman trying to get a different vaccine may be a choice.
Also no medical treatment is safe, all treatment has risks, even aspirin has a risk

At the granddaughters school yesterday morning some parents were saying that a couple of lottery sellers from Loei,working in Udon, are currently in Udon Hospital with Covid 19.
Anybody heard anything to verify this ??

I'm only stating the facts as told on our news Sometime ? I did NOT make the statement about 7 Death's because they died due to blood clots after taking the Astro Zen shot the news here in the UK stated it.

That is exactly why I get my information from the original medical sources as they give the full details, rather than the extremely abbreviated and very carefully worked news that suggests things that are not in the data but assumed by listeners because of the juxtaposition.

News worthy is “x” number of people died of Chronic lower respiratory disease after getting vaccinated: sensational news!

Fact is that “x+y” number of people die of Chronic lower respiratory disease every year during a similar period: boring full truth not sensational!

So if you actually look carefully at the original news report you will probably find that they did not say that the vaccine caused the clots.

Important but often overlooked, is that correlation is not proof of causation.

A lot of the sensational news (and not so sensational news) is relying on the fact that the majority of people don’t pay that much attention to the exact words used.

Economical with the NEWS is the byword of many News Outlets, so in truth you have to read many to get a general picture or go to a dedicated honest source as some do .
I remember in years gone by no-one ever asked me about vaccinations I was just vaccinated and I am still alive. Some these days have underlying health problems they may never be aware of and also many millions have never had a vaccination beyond what they had to have as children to prevent the spread of many childhood illnesses. You do not need any to go to the Continent or even North America. Asia, Far East and South America is another matter.

Mrs tam mentioned that yesterday but it wasn't "date-stamped" so it went into the unconfirmed rumor folder.

With at least 8 clusters in and around Bangkok in the run-up to Songkran, I hope there's a government heavy-hand waiting to be dealt on the ritual migration that this celebration presents. Otherwise I am with BD (on another thread) and self quarantining.

So I suppose if I am to fly to Thailand as a 'bonafide" vaccinated Tourist and hence qualify for only 10 Days mandatory stay in Quarantine, then I need to arrive in Thailand before 06 July 2021, i.e. within 3 months of my second Jab date?

Or will it have to be within 3 months of my first Jab (in mid March) hence arrive by mid June
