Second jab of Pfzier done on 06 April 2021

So I suppose if I am to fly to Thailand as a 'bonafide" vaccinated Tourist and hence qualify for only 10 Days mandatory stay in Quarantine, then I need to arrive in Thailand before 06 July 2021, i.e. within 3 months of my second Jab date? :-k

Or will it have to be within 3 months of my first Jab (in mid March) hence arrive by mid June :-k

I haven’t seen any information regarding vaccinated travelers. The published information on 10 days quarantine relates to any travelers but the countries it applies to will be updated at 15 day intervals, at the moment both the U.K. and USA are probably excluded but some Middle Eastern countries are almost definitely OK

From 1 April 2021,

Quarantine period will be reduced from 14 days (15 nights) to 10 days (11 nights). Travelers from countries with COVID-19 variants, will still be required to undergo the quarantine period of 14 days (15 nights). The list of countries with COVID-19 variants will be published and updated by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand every 15 days. While being at quarantine facilities, travelers must take two RT-PCR tests: between day three and five and between day nine and ten.

While undergoing quarantine, travelers will be allowed to engage in leisure activities subject to time and conditions granted by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand namely exercising in the fitness room, outdoor exercising, swimming, bicycling within a controlled area, and ordering goods and food from outside,.

For non-Thai nationals, a Fit to Fly certificate will be no longer required. However, a medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using the RT-PCR method, issued no more than 72 hours before departure, is still required. For Thai nationals, submission of either a Fit to Fly certificate or a COVID-19 test result will be required to travel to Thailand.

Researchers at the Greifswald teaching hospital in northern Germany said on Friday that they had discovered the cause of the unusual blood clot problems found in some recipients of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine, public broadcaster Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) reported.

The investigation showed how the vaccine caused blood clots in the brain in a few patients. The discovery means that targeted treatment can be developed to prevent problems.

The success was a result of cooperation between the Greifswald hospital, state health regulator the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI), as well as doctors from Austria — a nurse there died from thrombosis in the brain after being vaccinated with the AstraZeneca jab.

Goes to show WHO bs that vaccine is not responsible

Also goes to show that you're quoting last month's news that's been reported in this thread already but so far lacks any peer review.

Anyway, the Germans have ALREADY found the thrombosis 'trigger' so this can all still be safely managed.

Aspirin anyone?
Anyhow, here's the latest DW spiel on AZ dodginess that curiously coincides with the enduring criticism of how Germany has been less than vorsprung durch technic when it come to vaccination rollout. It's called EU wagon circling.

There are reports of cranial sinus cavity clotting causing death going back for decades. It is an extremely rare condition with the majority of cases being in women of childbearing age.

There is no current proof of causation attributed to a vaccine.

With tens of millions of people having being vaccinated it is neither strange nor unusual that hundreds of people have died since being vaccinated, specially as the majority are the oldest members of society.

It would be extremely strange and unusual if none of the people vaccinated have since died.

There is no data available from people who are vaccinating
with other vaccines. No data, means exactly that, no data.

It doesn’t mean no deaths.

There is no information on the numbers of post vaccination deaths and the cause of those deaths. Since the majority other vaccines are “for profit” and in the USA it isn’t clear that data is being gathered and autopsies being performed.

NOTE there is data from Australia on blood clots occurring in people who have had a vaccine that is not AstraZeneca

1 monk has died and 3 others were sent to a hospital in Bkk. The monk that died had just been vaccinated for covid but thai Authorities are not giving details of which vaccine was given till Autopsy is carried out. Mmm smells fishy.

I've heard that serious complications can result when people who are already COVID-positive receive the vaccine,

Meanwhile, back here in fabulous Thailand and according to the Bangkok Post, the local daily Covid-19 related chronology went like this.

Songkran travel gets nod: 7 Apr 2021 at 04:00

Cabinet ministers, MPs enter Covid quarantine: 7 Apr 2021 at 11:09

Transport minister infected with Covid-19: 7 Apr 2021 at 13:24

UK Covid-19 strain in Thong Lor cluster: 7 Apr 2021 at 17:04

Can anyone else see a runaway train?

I only hope that we can get to enjoy Dean's Ploughman's Lunch this Friday before lockdown.

The mutated virus has moved from being fatal to mainly the elderly to the younger people
And the younger people are more likely to gather in pubs etc

Yes some strategic planning today , maybe time to order 20 cases of beer , and 100kg of flour. unfortunately it could cause a shortage of wexford [-o<. , let's hope nothing drastic happens before Monday. But who knows ,the last lockdown we had 6 hours notice .
