Anybody that commits a mass murder is deranged, they have a severe mental problem, lack empathy and are haters. Pretty hard for them to have any well though out political ideology. Most NRL members are not potential mass murders.

A lot of us do however have an issue with the NRA and their supporters who resist reforms to gun laws such as cooling off periods, universal background checks without loop holds and banning semi and fully automatic weapons with high capacity magazines. These allow mass murders to occur, It would be difficult to mow down people with a single action rifle, or a pistol of limited range with a six shot capacity.

Nobody needs an AK47 for self defence in their home, open carry is plain stupid and abuse of the 2nd has needlessly killed thousands of Americans

Now the verdict is in, I suspect a lot of information that was suppressed for legal reasons, will emerge. For such a major case, the jury was surprisingly fast in reaching agreement.

So much for 'move on, there's nothing to see here' crowd. Next will come the various trials for the Jan 6 mob with no doubt the same results. What will they complain about next? Covid deaths have plummeted, the vaccine is rolling out efficiently, the stock market is up, GDP growth is up, unemployment has dropped and Biden has not been shuffled of to a home for the senile. Kamala Harris is almost invisible with Biden being prominent in an ambitious set of reforms.

Still a big problem on the border, it has been for every president for decades, but Biden has not been able to fix that either. Maybe be the only thing the naysayers can latch onto.

Agree he was impeached (basically a trial by the law makers) twice. The question was what was the result (verdict) As far as I am aware it was the equivalent of 'Not Guilty' both times. Just the reverse racists and the Woke brigade Marxists up to their usual nonsense.

You would think that farm homes would be the best location for home invasions. No neighbors and no police patrols. The facts are that cities with useless gun control laws are where home invasions happen. Why do you think that is? I lived on a farm and there was always a pump shotgun sitting in the corner. There were shot shells in the magazine and everyone in the famiy knew how to use the gun. My daughter refused to fire it but she did know how. A shotgun is by far the best home protection defence that there is. I have never owned a military type semi automatic rifle and certainly not one with an extended magazine. I belonged to a gun club and had as many as ten different guns in my gun cabinet. None of the members owned military type rifles. There were several members who owned semi automatic hand guns, me included, although I prefered a .357 revolver.

The whole of the center left mass media had him pronounced guilty months ago.
There was never a chance of a fair trial as not one of the jury had not been influenced by the BLM riots, MSM attention etc. He would probably have been found guilty even if the jury wore pillow cases over their heads.
Insurance companies will be happy for now. This one is gonna be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.

When I lived and worked in the US, there was a common opinion that America NEEDS those drugs to perform as the self-proclaimed best ever country in the world. Cocaine to hold down three jobs to make ends meet and ganja to take away the pain from holding down three jobs to make ends meet.
