This bloating gas is not inside the stomach n intestines which is easily sorted with fart tablets etc .. its the residue c02 from my surgery actually in the abdomen.

Also try Lactose free milk and bananas.
Doc did say this C02 can take from 3 days to 1 month to be absorbed out of the abdomen ..im just trying to speed it up in time for my next marathon.
