Perhaps its population is on average a bit younger relative to other countries. I doubt readers are very reassured by statistics that include the outcomes for much younger people. A lardy unvaccinated 65 year old farang retiree knows the Trump virus is a much greater danger for someone in his demographic in Thailand.

Those at greatest risk are elderly with underlying conditions. The rest of the age groups are rarely sustaining a fatal reaction to the virus.
