...requires payment .. other routes via registration at local MOPH locations and the expatvac website do not .. re the website , the vaccines being used for these were donated by the USA (Ph) / UK (AZ) and clearly stated they are to be given FOC...i havent heard of any places charging for services such as staff etc to administer the jab.
Hope that helps Brian .. DM
Yes, thanks DM. It was only the expatvac website procedure I was interested in, which is this topic's title.Certainly, I thought the vaccinations from donations should be free - but TIT! I didn't think anyone from those registered had been called yet. But I like to be prepared, thought somebody may e.g.have seen further information in the call-up details. Of course, awareness may save some awkward arguments too. :-k

This has just lobbed into my inbox:

After reviewing your registration, it can not be further processed due to lack of required visas.

Please note that this registration platform is ONLY for foreign residents in Thailand and are not Thai nationality.

When I registered, I had difficulty attaching both documents ie passport details + visa page. I am not sure which one ended up going, but the visa page has all the main details of the passport.

My first reaction is that there is a scam afoot, although I will await further judgement to see if others where registered are receiving the same.

In the meantime, I will try to register again with my alternate email address, and hopefully the site will allow me to attach both documents.

I received the same email. Don't know what they want as I provided an attachment showing my latest extension of stay. Perhaps I should have included the 90 day non-immigrant "O" stamp I first received back in 2009 when I changed over from a tourist visa. Anyway, it's a typically obtuse response with no information regarding any means of correcting the problem. I went ahead and had my first vaccination at the University this past Saturday and have my second scheduled for September 3rd, so it is not an issue for me anyway. I have a feeling that many will receive the same email.

Thanks Doodoo

Tried that, but alternate email not accepted, and when I tried again with the original email, it had already been used. :?

Not sure what the next step is, because as tutone says, no avenue to amend.

It will be interesting to see when/if people start receiving appointment details.

Just got the same email.
I originally attached passport, non-o visa, and current extension stamp all on one page.

Tried re-registering, said email already taken.

Tried registering with a different email address, said name/passport number already taken.

I imagine the other forums will all be going ballistic about this over the next few hours if not already.

OK, I have just managed to register again with my alternate gmail address.

I accidentally left the last digit off my passport number, but all other details were the same as my initial registration (non-gmail). I also followed Doodoo's advice, and combined both documents on the same page.

If you been rejected to re-register because your original email address was also gmail, have a look here https://gmail.googleblog.com/2008/03/2- ... -your.html

PM me if you need more.

looks like thousands of emails sent out exactly the same ... thus the vaccines can be used elsewhere not the US/UKs intended recipients... but but they didnt register correctly ..

makes yer piss boil .. twood appear not a lot can be done as cant try to register again as it comes up with passport number is already registered :? ..of course it is ..let alone creating another email account .

Jack surely they will contact saying your passport number doesnt match the passport image ??

Once again the morons working in IT here have released a poorly designed web site. Initally there was no tick box for "perminant resident" visa holders.
Now they are swamped with incorrect applications, when will the penny drop and they figure the problem is at there end?
OR covering their arses with BS to hide the fact the corrupt pricks have sold our shots to Hi So's.

Edit: Just to add I have not received the rejection yet or a friend I registered. From what I'm seeing here and elsewhere I will.

A friend of mine says there's a Twitter post and commentary that suggests the mass rejection emails are a cock-up and MFA are aware of it. Whether it's recoverable isn't known at this time.

As I said on another post..I was told by a health worker neighbor that the Thai system does not accept passport numbers.
You need to enter the 13 digit number from your yellow book or ID card (Same).
She corrected me some weeks ago and I supplied said number.
Last week I was called to go and get vaccinated.
However I declined as I do not want Sinovac.
But she was correct as to what she said.

Concerning passport number. Are you talking about the expatvac site?
