Just wandering through FB and I came across for a bar/restaurant down south .the odd thing is it advertised ' Happy Halloween' . isn't that like saying happy death ? Happy decay ?, OK I know its all BS based on nothing but retail sales. At least Christmas has some reasoning, your celebrating a birth if you believe. But happy Halloween? You got to be kidding

i too.am.confused as Bkk along with several.other previously dark red zones are now blue n can open up.inc restrants selling alcohol ..yet according to a bizz colleague based there the anouncement reads that udon is now dark red n remaiiing closed ..plus there should be a curfew here ????
