90 d reporting not working 13/3 on line...

There's been a lot of debate about the online reporting's lack of functionality. The original, online via PC seems to work for most people who are NOT doing their initial filing and manage to get the syntax right. I have never bothered to try their smartphone app version as it seems to carry its own unique trips and fails.

However, for clarity, members should state precisely which platform they are having issues with. One cannot give advice on one platform if the complainant is using the other.

Without going through the whole thread I have just seen something different?

Entered my details, form went through OK, printed the receipt for submission (showing TRN etc.) and in the top right corner is written "Approved" in green.

Checked the status = "Pending" as I would expect.
I think this is going to confuse some members!

As I'm sure it has probably been reported - Don't try to do this using a VPN, caught me out before the penny dropped!

Just to confirm you got this page showing approved like this one does?

But then when you went to this page the top one was showing pending ?

If that’s the case then somewhere along the VPN route the graphic

There is a page that shows a PDF that is almost certainly not cached available from the bottom of that same page, it should still show perfectly on a VPN connection.

Apart from all that a warning that a VPN connection is different from a direct connection and may cache items so is not completely reliable is useful.

Sorry for the rough display, printer playing up but you should get my drift as to where the "Approved" stamp is on the application submission. I should have taken a screen shot but I only wanted the TRN.

The formal approval arrived at 11:43 where you can see this was receipted at 08:01 when the application went into "Pending".

The picture is the PDF document rather than the web page, if it was the place you saw the approved stamp at 8:01 this morning then that suggests there is a bigger problem than cache files via a VPN.

Unfortunately it will not tell you when Udon office approved it. They are very fast sometimes but it usually takes more than a minute. The time stamp on your approval email will tell you exactly how long it took

I do suggest that you delete that picture as all your data that you blanked out is available using the TRN number or barcode that you forgot to blank.

I don’t think it usually says “Accepted” I’m pretty sure it should be “Pending” but i certainly could be wrong.

Success on 90-day report online today. I went to this site and followed instructions and was able to submit my 90-day report. It is still pending immigration review, however, this was the first time it worked for me. Give it a try.

It's no great problem for me to drive into Udon, but for what it's worth, I applied last night online and approval is back this morning. Good stuff.

Success on 90-day report online today. I went to this site and followed instructions and was able to submit my 90-day report. It is still pending immigration review, however, this was the first time it worked for me. Give it a try.

As with many 3rd party websites that one contains errors it clearly isn’t maintained correctly. The obvious one (I didn’t bother to check everything) is in the warning

You cannot do ONLINE reporting not earlier that 15 days before the reporting date and not later than 7 days before the reporting date.

It should read You cannot do ONLINE reporting earlier that 15 days before the reporting date and up to the reporting date.

This change has been true for the last 12 months at least, possibly a little longer.

So it may help but isn’t definitive or complete.

Did online 90 day report last week , using firefox easy , had no joy with chrome , submitted and approved within the hour , also noticed my last 2 from 3 and six months ago are still pending 555

I received my approval today and printed a new 90-day slip. Saved me a 2-hour drive from Nam Som.

FYI: I used chrome. No problems.

Tried just now on Firefox, and then Chrome, and received the dreaded "please contact your local office" message.

Jack, did mine last week using Chrome = no worries about 45 minutes.
