I would tend to believe that by playing the players they did the Denmark management deliberately ended their 26 match unbeaten run.
...despite having 60% possession.

Even their U12's would have 60% possession against Scotland

Typical Scottish, always reminding the English that 2022 - 1966 > 50

Jocks v Wales would be a good match up in the WC play off and there couod be Portugal v Italy playoff on the cards..of course England as usual dont need to go that route after comfortably navigating a group stage that held a couple of potential banana skins.

Mexico plays Canada tonight but not in Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver. We selected Edmonton for the match where the pitch is frozen and the wind chill is -16. Take that bean eaters!

Canada handled Mexico 2-1 in a snow-lined field at Commonwealth Stadium. With the victory, Canada has vaulted into first place in their group. 50,000 fans weathered the -9 C temperatures to witness the game in Edmonton.

Yes, a soccer game for the ages, and one the Mexicans won't soon forget. The return game in Mexico is going to be called a football game for some reason or other. However, we all (including 747) know it will be a soccer game played on a field.

Bet the Mexicans have a few more kicks on frame in the rematch

Yes. Furthermore, the treacherous Mexicans will probably schedule the game at a sky-high, heavily polluted stadium at temperatures approaching 50 degrees C. The cheats will do anything to try and carve out a soccer victory over the clean cut, innocent Canadian team. The referee will be bribed by the drug cartels. Look for brave Canada, despite the odds, to pull off a tie.

WOW thats a shock ...such a small third world footballing nation like Canadada da beating the Mexxies .. WELL DONE and also spare a thought for the fans some of whom are still thawing out.

So some real footballing minnows may be attending the WC finals .. Canadadada , the Jocks and maybe Wales ..good luck to all .. BTW ENGLAND WILL DEFINATELY BE THERE.

Where as those scheming Canucks will plan to play any matches at -6C and snowing. Teams will be required to have bonfires at central locations to warm themselves and prevent frostbite. Officials have been issued skates to keep up with players
Even with Canadas experience in playing in the winter conditions they were only able to outplay the Mexicans 2 to 1 a dismal showing
Officials were also bribed with Free Passes to allow them to jump Drive Thru lines at Tim Hortons

The Mexxies did play in snow shoes and the heating was turned off in their dressing room according to my sauces at the game .
