My favorite noodle soup slurp has monkey balls. They're vacuum packed and kept in a fridge until each customer orders. I've never had a problem with the place.....still going strong after 26 years. That said, I've had soup with dodgy monkey balls on occasion elsewhere. At the first hint of something being off, I'll politely pay and leave.
