I dont know about early mornings but they certainly do it in the evenings at the far end of the lake, about 150 metres from the aerobics.
I would estimate the time they do it from around 5.15pm to 6.15pm or thereabouts.

Russ

I've never seen them do yoga in the park but they do have a couple of groups doing Tai Chi in the morning.

Three new shop houses just completed across from us and ready for occupancy... 20,000b per month, EACH. Ouch. Wonder what will go in there (and turn a profit).

Glorious new dawn walking 3.2 km circumference at the park, usually start from around 05h30.

Friendly runners and walkers, and not crowded early mornings.

Enjoy!

I had a spell of walking as exercise but found it difficult to find differing routes to suit my ability .. didnt really wanna get the truck out to drive some where to then walk .. walking roadside is dangerous here and the killer was i found myself walking to a local pub or restaurant and getting bladdered which rather defeated the whole point.. ive since discovered origami ..its safe and i have a very healthy mind and fingers.

Time to get out my walking boots again perhaps ?? this semi isolation is getting tedious...and i want to keep my current swvelt like physic in tip top shape whilst maintaining 101 kg to class as obese for the covid jab criteria.

I was in town for my obligatory noodle fix, then a Dose cappuchino, then a power walk around Nong Prajak. I hadn't been there in years so I was pleased to see the professional landscaping, excellent walking track, and trash-free environment. It was a perfect day for a walk-in-the-park....79 degrees, cloudy skies, and no rain (at least while I was there). The track is exactly 2 miles

I can only dream of 101kg.😥

I got to 104kg but have risen to 111kg since I took my foot off the pedal. Not happy 😥

NP was relatively quiet this morning. Must be in anticipation of Groundhog Day.

circuit is a challenge. city sidewalks, uuhh no.

temporary shop space, slot to park your car, tables
for house occupants. its seriously beyond control
