Look on the website for your particular airlines and they will have posted the requirements.
Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

Surely you would get on the UK government website for that information as opposed to an Udon forum... I'm amazed sometimes...

sfg is correct.
There are no Thai government requirements for departures.
The check-in counter at the airport will/should know the requirements of the country you are flying to, and will/should check that you have the necessary documentation.
The airline may also have its own requirements.

As SFG says, check directly on the airline website as that will cover destination and any transit airport requirements. Despite the ongoing easing of all sorts of restrictions, relying on check-in staff to keep you right is risky. Having incorrect or incomplete paperwork discovered 20 minutes before boarding could be a disaster.
Entry to the UK is pretty much a walk-in job for the fully vaccinated.

Travelled to UK last week. Only requirement by UK government then was to complete the Passenger Locator Form. My airline (Etihad) wanted a PCR test.

For completeness, can you confirm that your chosen domestic carrier and airports didn't seek any sort of Covid- related certifications?

My wife and I travelled to UK on Thai Airways on 22 Feb. The only document we had to produce was the UK Passenger Location Form.
Since arriving in UK we have been able to have my wife's vaccination record (in Thailand) transferred to her UK NHS record.
