If I recall many of those photo's were taken inside nightclubs such as Springfellows which would mean that the ladies are 18 or over if in these establishments legally and in his pre Fergie days. Both of these males in the Royal family could at a stroke of the pen be dis-enfranchised from the Royal Family like the late Duke of Windsor , who at least had the sense to keep his mouth shut unlike Harry , who is as verbose as he is stupid

On another note the Royal family is like most families always one or maybe two of the descendants are feckless, stupid or just plain dangerous, like any family the main family will gather around the Patriarch or Matriarch to protect the family . But unlike most families whatever they do will be in the public eye which makes any action questioned, dissected and argued over . But we forget it is still their family and how they do it apart from removing said problem from the face of the earth is allowed as with any other family .An example I personally lived through my life with my real mother had been ostracised by the family for personal reasons and she never ever really regained the families love or trust for her whole life. I was luckily enough to have been protected but my mother was not . So I know about families and what they can do. It was only in her final years that even my then brother went to meet her so that was over 90 yeas of living outside the main family .

I was more focussed on the photo which has caused the most problems for the Windsor family - the one of the 41 year old Andy with the 17 year old girl he had apparently never met.

Did we ever learn who took the photo? My guess is the photographer knew what was happening. Perhaps one of Maxwell's friends? It seems to have been someone Windsor already knew and trusted. Or perhaps it was taken by a police officer?
