Gentlemen, I have cleaned things up a bit. Please, let's remember that the topic of this thread is Andrew, and it seems to me that there's plenty to discuss on that topic, although, admittedly, I am but a lowly American with only a passing knowledge of such things as the British monarchy.

No worries, it doesn't matter that you hail from the colonies, Officer IC Udon Map, the unspoken rule is that all members of the Royal Family are fair game with the exception of the Queen (Gawd bless 'er).

desperately clinging to the vestiges of power when perhaps years or decades ago, a transition
should have been initiated. serves whose interests

maybe if andrew had something to occupy his
time, he wouldn't be out clubbing with young girls

Judging by what happens not only only across the pondand the vast sums spent elsewhere to have a Head of the Country, no matter what you call them, seems to me to be more economical not to have vast sums spent on Moronic people whose sole aim is to enrich themselves, instead of someone who thinks of the people as we have now.
Added to that6 Prince andrew could have remained n the Armed Forces he was qualified at that at least .

Could have? Weren't prominent Brits in or formerly in the UK armed forces pleading that Windsor be stripped of his links with the military? Commonwealth countries also ditched him of his honorary roles in their armed services. He just doesn't pass the smell test. We're in a different era now KP. It isn't the 1950s.

All noted what I was saying that after his divorce he could have immersed himself in Military Duties as opposed to running arounbd the world, although following on from the Falklands came the Middle Eastern fracas and it was doubtful if his Mum really wanted him in that long term , plus he would have been the target of everyone to knock out of the sky.

News is that HM can't walk them anymore as she's getting on. This could be a job for the Duke of York.

What sort of warped human are you? You think this funny, 'some minor exodus'? Nothing funny about one of the worst European human disasters since WW2.

Either a troll, a person of extreme bad taste or a fool, I suspect you take a bit out of each column.

Absolutely a good question on the refugees and where they will end up.
Warped minds apart, in a normal conversation why would someone think that any way, just remember what happened when Yugoslavia fell apart. I think an iron curtain episode.
Supposed ethnic cleansing blah blah blah. Boat loads of refugees ended up in Sydney australia.
Plenty of problems with their youth fighting in the suburbs with the same ethnic tensions.

I agree with Whistler's description of the disaster. Hopefully it will be safe for the refugees to return to Ukraine within the next few years.

I wonder how Andrew Windsor is doing these days. There's no return for him.

No it is not funny but I thought the exodus of people following the Partition of India and Pakistan in 1947 ( post war ) was also a humanitarian disaster, 200,000 to 2 million deaths, 10 to 20 million displaced.
Makes this problem relatively minor in humanitarian crisises. Still not good though .

There are some right pains on this forum, so you have competition, however, my score

- Most mendacious, at least you are in the top three, vying for bur nèung.
- Stupid, same ranking
- Troll like, maybe bur sip, or bur sam given multiple accounts/aliases
- Annoying, at least in the top five posters

Quite impressive for somebody with a well displayed tiny intellect.
