Nice story from the BKK pot, but as usual FACTS are rarely used in almost any media footage of this case.
for example, were the passengers wearing safety equipment ?.
If not why not ?
Did the Boats owner/cap[tain insist of passengers wearing safety equipment like life jackets, if not why not .
The boat apparently is not licencsed was it insured. ?

If the facts showed that no safety equipemtn was offered or worn, then anyone falling over the side for any rason if they are unable to swim would probably die . FACTS
The only question ius why did she fall over, was she pushed or just slipped .

The problem here is the THAI Media NEVER EVER ask the questions and never print the answers.
Poor Reporting , situation normal here

Well, seems the lawyer absconded with a bunch of money from 'clients' in Udon a few years back. Those clients now know he's still kicking....and want their money back.
Second: My wife says ThaengMoo's death is being blamed....at least in part.....by the bad juju that surrounds her: her birthday is on the 13th......her license plate supposedly had 13 as part of its numbers......and, worst still, her house faced a 3 way intersection (any good fengshui artist will tell you how to protect yourself if you're living in such a place). To top it off, 13 = ผี turned to the left on its side.......and ผี means ghost/spirit. I'm sure the Oda Mae's of the world can dig up more reasons Thaengmoo's death was in the cards.
