From what I have seen, Andrew has not been charged/convicted of any offence by the laws of the land, just hearsay about some affairs. The lady or ladies received a lot of cash which most of which has been donated to charities. He is part of the Royal household and could attend any event he wishes or is asked to attend, and was nice to see him with Mum at the service. So where is the problem that degrades him by some.
