Scotland can be independent and maintain the Queen as Head of State unless they prefer a Stuart for the job.
We make our world significant by the courage of our questions and by the depths of our answers.

Yeh, bit Fishy that, a lot of Scots don't like being ruled from Westminster but can't wait to get into the pond and be ruled by our European friends, most of who don't speak English and don't give a Catfish's whisker about the UK and all who dwell in it.
Change of SNP leadership might help the cause, Sturgeon, Salmonde, I hear the Orange Bloater from across the water is looking for a job/hobby, if he hasn't already got it I'm sure he could buy citizenship.
He's got his little y-fronts and he's got his little vest, Chaz Jankel, 1998. Mash it up Harry.

I read that Harry Windsor wants to ensure the Queen is protected and has the right people around her. What's the Californian really saying?

Basically yes Pepe. Not one of them live in Scotland, most live in the fantasy land of movie making with people fawning over their every wish. Even the likes of Billy Connelly has now become one of the nutters who he hated previously. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjM2w-XSsMA

The Scots now have an administration who are along with their most ardent supporters becoming almost fascist in their quest. I am no longer a Scot because I don't want independence according to them.

She was kicked out of the Law Society of Scotland (actually resigned the day before) for failing to carry out her sworn duties to her clients. Basically the same as she is doing now in her role as 1st Minister (really as chief councilor) Scotland is falling apart in every devolved responsibility given to the wee parliament in Hollyrood.

It was maybe over 12 years ago that Sean Connery stated that if Scotland became independent, he would come back to live there and pay his taxes. They didn't so he continued to bank in the Cayman's and lived on the Côte d’Azur. He died in the Bahamas.

Here's his old digs on Cap de Nice that I tried to buy a couple of years back but bloody Covid...
