Doc moved to China =D> ...Just kidding
He always had something interesting to say and made some very informative posts ( if you could read through the lines and put up with the English lessons )
Doc.....Nice website, and if you can lower yourself to check on us poor illiterate, uneducated, unworldly-wise forumites...it would be nice to hear from you
Good luck in China

If you want to try a good beer in China check out Cheng dao or du, a good drop
Remeber that 70% of all foreign hard liqour sold in China are imitations
To the man that could argue black was blue and blue was black, until red in the face
Good luck
My bet is that you will be back in LOS's before the year is out.

Fred I think you may mean Tsing Tao (phonetically "ching dow") which is China's best known and probably most widely consumed beer - both domestically and internationally.
But interestingly, it is not the most consumed beer in China, which I believe is YanJing beer - a Beijing brand.
Both are best consumed bitterly cold, and in large quantities
