Re: Football Friendly in Bangkok....
If you insist ........ football is a game played by the vast majority of countries in the world. It takes place on one or two occasions down under in what is known as "pre season" a time when certain clubs and players play meaningless matches to keep sponsors all over the world happy. These games are of little use to anyone but at least allow the players to have a few days away with their mates in what has now been deemed as "team building" which seems to go down well with the majority of American owners
Re: Football Friendly in Bangkok....
I noticed that ManU did 100% substitutions during their game in Bangkok: 22 players got an airing. Liverpool did almost 200% percent so they were either giving all the lads a chance to play (bigger posse) or they were in kitchen sink mode and desperately trying everything to stop getting thumped.

So many seasons ....... so little to show for it.
Re: Football Friendly in Bangkok....
I see the mighty Black Cats sitting at number 9. It's such a shame as a lifelong Sunderland supporter seeing who quickly things went bad and how long it takes to try to recover.
I keep asking any Qatari who will listen if they will buy the club. Of course none are interested as they play rubbish football and Sunderland is a dump (although Newcastle managed it somehow and that is also a nonsense hole )
