The head of Crimea said that the new status of the liberated territories (after the referenda) will transform the special military operation in Ukraine into a counter-terrorist operation that would be carried out on those territories.

Hard to determine what happened here. Looks like the explosion came from the right of the road bridge and the fuel train was collateral damage - BUT why is the inner road bridge relatively unscathed?
Not clear what the boat has to do with it unless they suspect it complaisant?
How would this action benefit the Ukraine? Other than to stick it up the arse of the Russians

The bridge is a major conduit for getting Russian supplies into Crimea, to support the military bases, airfields and major naval base. Less bombing raids will be able to start from there and less supply convoys to Kherson.
