Can anyone give opinion if with traveling 18 kms to play this course?
Also are caddies required, is it 18 or 9 holes played twice from different tees and if so is there separate price if you only play 9
Thanks for any replies

It's 9 holes. Quite unique. We used to call it the Jungle Course back in the day. Haven't played it in years, so can not give you any up to date info.

been a hell of a long time (near 10 yrs) since I last played it, but have memories of there being no trollies and the caddies actually carrying the bags rather than pulling them

It will punish any errant shots, getting around with on 3 or 4 lost balls means you are pretty damned good
Best being part of this forum by placing the intellectual challenged on foes list. A lot less post to read and a great time saver.

Hey Mak, your reference to a jungle course brought back memories of playing the Royal Nepal course. At the time a nine hole course adjacent to the airport. I was slotted in with a group of 3 military men all commissioned officers, one being a Ghurka attached to a UK regiment. They all advised they were single figure golfers which created a sense of high expectation. As the guest l was asked to hit off first which l duly did without much finesse. Then the others each hit off and each of their drives produced a sharp slice with the balls landing in the jungle. Magically 2 minutes later, the balls started reappearing on the middle of the fairway. Apparently ball spotters back then were part and parcel of golf in Nepal.
