Interesting reading, but certainly at odds withost journalistic opinions on the subject

While the guy is not a lawyer, he has an impressive background with the FBI and will be much more knowledgeable than most laymen. Still he is at odds with a huge body of opinion from legal commentators.

I do not think it will be long before the FBI will decide to charge or not.

Trump has now been called to testify in front of Jan 6 committee. The language is now getting stronger and stronger. All points now to the inevitable, Trump will be have to face court on multiple criminal charges.

Will his millions of minions take to nationwide street protests against this shameless witch hunt of the greatest POTUS that ever lived or will ever be again?

Since most of his successes and failures have played out in the broad light of day, will his latest defence team claim he can never, ever get a fair trial?

Spot on Tam. Can you imagine the trial with Trumpsters protesting, maybe even storming the court, sort of reverse lynching, or lynching the judge and prosecutor. Then trying to get Trump into a jail?

The security requirements will be unprecedented.

It is these cases where a silent but deadly approach is required , zero collateral damage just ONE HIT, story will end !!

Supreme Court has tossed him out on his ear, with his latest challenge in the stolen documents case.

And the NY Attorney General seeking an injunction to prevent him from divesting assets from New York to Delaware, in the legal suit against him which seeks $250M damages.

Looking sweeter and sweeter. 👍

Now we will see delay tactics on steroids. Trump will of course do that, it is an established tactic, what might be more interesting is what the GOP do if they win both houses in the mid terms. The separation of power that forms much of the core of the USA constitution is likely to be tested at its extreme limits

What surprised me was Trump's best buddy Justice Thomas didn't accept the challenge but referred it to the whole court. Maybe a very slight glimmer that even the Supreme Court is having enough of the Trumpster.

Even a USA supreme court judge can be impeached for bad behaviour. There do not seem to be any bounds in what is happening now. The next two years may reshape America.

Now the Jan 6 Select Committee has released its final report, the blame has firmly been laid at the feet of Trump. It was stated in far stronger terms that I thought likely.

I would be surprised if Trump will not be arrested before the end of January with multiple charges. The GOP will have to do a double flip with pike to avoid being dragged down by their hero.
