Interesting to note ......

The last time Newcastle managed 69pts in a season was 2002/03
That year a team from Manchester won the league
Arsenal finished second
Newcastle finished third and
Liverpool finished 5th

Not sure if too many have realised this yet, but who are the visitors to Old Trafford for the last (possibly do or die) game of the season?

A certain group of cottagers who with Nitro Mitro will be more than a bit peeved at what happened on their last visit in the FA cup. Could see some fireworks and a few cards in that one

99th minute equalizer for Everton .... sadly with i think only Bournemouth left to play that point just might keep you up Alan... you need Leeds to loose later today and also Lester to come unstuck... looking like the Toffees will survive :(

In other more important news after the recent AGM and fan forum SCUNTHORPE UTD new stadium plans and 6 excellent early signings have got fans buzzing already for the next campaign in which we should even win some games

They could of still been playing now and never scored so made no difference :D I never thought i would ever see another team come to anfield and waste more time than newcastle

It does seem extreemly funny how it always seems to be at Anfield where they play 15+ mins (when required).
I' ve prob watched nearly 200 full games this season and sometimes there are 3 or 4 that should be 6 or occasionally 6 or 7 that should only have been 4, but only usually a couple of mins out.
Perhaps it was Help a Scouser week this week (payback for having to host Eurovision song sh**) with the Bluenoses being given 100 mins to score as well

Wouldn't say it was "late" (the fans were already tucking into breakfast :-" ), but the bit that riles is the fact it should have made it 2 - 2 if they had set the VAR cameras up correctly at Anfield (as admitted by VAR officials and proven by technology)

Or if newcastle hadnt been wasting time and trying to disrupt the play from the kick off, there wouldn,t of been 8 mins injury time Fábio Carvalho wouldn,t have scored and it would of been 1-1 :D lots of ifs and buts, all teams waste time but if you do it from the kick off and it comes back to bite you on the ass you got to take it on the chin, when did you move to a bungalow in nong khai?,can we now have to updated table and fixtures ,cheers ;)
