Everybody working for the BBC knows who it is. I know too. All it takes is a little work in checking news sites from around the world. I would recommend the news feeds used in India and Vietnam. It is a very silly situation and it needs a Member of Parliament to tell the public under parliamentary privilege (just as it was done in the case of Ryan Giggs and his super injunction). The police will investigate and we can all move on and ignore this nonsense.

By looking at Indian and Vietnames news sites one is able to change one's outlook on life, gives a whole new perspective, changes one's mindset. I am sure that such an experience has changed me for the better and I am now even nicer than I was before.

I don't understand your comment about "putting my money where my mouth is". The BBC is a very big organisation with employees all over the UK. It was common knowledge who the broadcaster was, it was just not reported in the media. It was not for me to say who it was especially as the name would be made public very soon. There are very few secrets in the Welsh Valleys. We don't gossip, we just keep the secrets.

No, "self proclaimed" was an unfortunate choice of words. Huw Lewis set himself up as a sort of demigod. He was forever preaching how all Welshmen should be like him and I thought him to be a pretentious "pain in the arse". Although he was supposed to do his job impartially he made it very clear what his own views were. The rumour mill in Wales is powerful and there are many secrets which are shared and not spoken of. It has now been confirmed that he has homosexual tendencies. Nothing wrong in that but he was a bloody hypocrite.

A man who was on our TV screens twice a day, at 6.00pm and 10.00pm, disappeared from view and it was patently obvious that he was the man in question.
